Approaching the underrepresentation of women and gender minorities in the contemporary art world, the board game « Art & My Career » depicts different careers in the western art world.

From artist to museum director, how do women manage to find a place in this world? The game « Art & My Career » invites us to put ourselves in their shoes in order to better understand their work conditions and their struggle.

The game addresses women as well as any person concerned by the pervasive patriarchy in the ecosystem formed by the art world. A collective discussion will be held after the game session. It willallow all players to share their experience. The game sessions and discussion will be led by mediators as well as the artist.
